Privacy policy

This policy explains what Vulrend Pvt Ltd (“Vulrend”, “we”) collects when you use vulrend.com and the Vulrend app at app.vulrend.com, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to admin@vulrend.com.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name, your email address and your password, which we store only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name and email address.
- What you put into your workspace. Brands, the website pages you ask us to read, the images, video and audio you upload, your briefs, templates and campaigns, and the ads, narration and captions made from them.
- Accounts you connect. The identifiers and access tokens of the social accounts you connect for publishing. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
- Messages you send us. What you write in the contact form reaches our inbox by email. It is not stored in our database.
- Technical records. Our servers log requests, including IP addresses, to keep the service secure and to limit abuse.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, on vulrend.com or in the app.
How we use it
- To run the service: to plan, make and publish the ads you ask for.
- To secure your account, confirm your email address and stop abuse.
- To answer you, and to send the emails the service depends on.
- To invoice paid plans.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to advertise to you or to anyone else.
Who handles it for us
These companies process data on our behalf, and only for the part of the service shown beside them:
- Google Cloud
- Hosting, file storage and text-to-speech
- Supabase
- The database that holds accounts and workspaces
- OpenAI
- AI models that write and plan ads, and time captions to narration
- Google Gemini
- AI models that write and plan ads
- Anthropic
- AI models that write and plan ads
- ElevenLabs
- Narration voices
- Pexels and Pixabay
- Stock footage search. They receive search terms, never your account details
- Meta (Instagram)
- Publishing to the Instagram accounts you connect, and hashtag research
- Our email provider
- Account emails, verification codes and the messages you send us
Some of them are outside your country, so your data may be processed abroad, under their own terms and safeguards.
Cookies and local storage
vulrend.com sets no cookies. The app keeps your sign-in session, the workspace you last opened and your display preferences in your browser’s local storage, and signing out removes the session. vulrend.com loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
How long we keep it
For as long as your workspace exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your workspace, its content and any stored tokens within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. Server logs are kept only as long as security needs them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to admin@vulrend.com from the address on the account. You can disconnect a social account on the Accounts page at any time, which stops all publishing to it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to how we process your data, or to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
Traffic to and from Vulrend is encrypted. Passwords are hashed, access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.
Children
Vulrend is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
